On behalf of the International Society of Aesthetic Surgery it is indeed my great pleasure to congratulate you for the organization of such an important international event. The growing popularity of aesthetic plastic surgery makes us more responsible not only in the appropriate treatment of our patients, but in the educational field as well. For this reason our Society gives special importance to the instructional courses where prominent experts in aesthetic surgery field will share their vast experience in the treatment of cosmetic deformities and give to these operations a true scientific value.

We are glad that your respectful Society invited such a large number of international Faculty members who will be able to spread the new ideas and techniques among your members during this important meeting, especially that we are aware of the high level of plastic surgery in Pakistan.

ISAPS is the official aesthetic plastic surgery chapter of the IPRAS and dedicated to the perfection in this field and promotion of this specialty, as well as the scientific and social interchange among aesthetic plastic surgeons worldwide. The last major event was the world Congress in Rio de Janeiro in August 2006 with 2500 participants. Postgraduate courses are organized 2-3 times a year on the regular basis, as well as smaller ISAPS courses incorporated into national or regional meetings. More than 1600 members from 75 countries from all continents make this Society very popular and respectful power in aesthetic plastic surgery field and we will be very happy to see Pakistan again among our membership countries.
