Dear
Colleague,
It gives me immense pleasure to invite you to the First Joint meeting
of WASAPS and PAPS at Karachi. It’s about time that we all got
together and met each other. We are already joined by a common cultural
heritage, linked by geographical continuity and unified by an eternal
set of values. We are also all privileged in having the ability and
passion to transform the lives of our fellow human beings. Be it the
tyranny of living with a congenital malformation, the deformation of
disease or the ravages of time, we can add life to the years of our
patients. Let us now add the bond of camaraderie to all this. I am sure
that by the end of the meeting we will not only be better informed of
the latest developments in our specialty, have a greater awareness of
the nuances of techniques but also have a set of wonderful and enriching
memories. So get ready and join us in one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan
cities of the region for what can be, with your participation, a truly
unforgettable event.
